I am a full service Realtor. I advise on purchasing, staging, the market, and many other areas. I have a complete marketing system in place when you`re ready to sell your home. I first complete a thorough market analysis, provide staging advice, prepare flyers, advertise on the web, and continue to market through post cards and networking until your home is sold.
For buyers, we spend the time that most agents don`t anymore. We really do preview any homes before we show them to you and weed out the ones that don`t fit.
Experience ........
My experience involves helping people purchase their very first home as well as helping people sell their home just prior to retirement. I can help negotiate around the common pitfalls of purchasing and selling. I have a Bachelor or Arts in Accounting from Western and have experience in both accounting and systems consulting. I have raised 3 wonderful children in the Bellevue area.
